Accommodations and Meeting Spaces

We are in the process of raising funds to build more infrastructure. Today, guests may have access to the entire 80-acre property as well as the Main Cabin and Cantina. The Cabin and Cantina are connected by a gravel road requiring a 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive.

Main cabinMain Cabin
The main cabin is in the middle section of the land. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen and a large, 20’x40’ bonus room that can be used for extra sleeping, meeting or dining space. There is also an additional bedroom in a separate casita. The cabin also has an 8’ x 20’ back porch and 18’ x 16’ side deck with amazing views to the north, east and south. Around the cabin, there is a fire pit and lots of open space to set up outdoor meetings.

cantinaThe cantina is located at the top of the property with an expansive view to the east. It’s a multi-use space with a deck, kitchen, BBQ, picnic table, fire pit and bathhouse. Nearby are two pop-up campers and a safari tent that may be erected for visitors as well as lots of open space to bring your own tent and camp. A short walk down a trail leads to many beautiful covered areas among the ancient juniper trees where groups can bring their own chairs and circle up for meetings etc. The top of the mesa can be accessed via a short, moderate trail.

Additional structures to be built in 2017
5 sleeping cabins, double occupancy, solar lighting, built-in platform beds and a front porch.
Adjacent community bathhouse with toilets, sink, shower.
Multi-use, covered pavilion for group meetings.

A Note on Land Use
We are committed to protecting the land and creating an environmentally sound business.  The property is off the grid meaning that we use solar energy for power and obtain water from our own well. We limit the number of people who use it at any given time to reduce impact. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property due to fire danger and potential harm to others.
